The Flats Junction General Store will soon be available for browsing, shopping, and dreaming. Containing items often found in the mercantile stores during pioneer times, the Flats Junction General Store will include locally sourced spices, flour, sugar, soap, blacksmith-made nails, tinware, old-fashioned candy like hoarhound and anise drops, and Minnesota-made switchel, the “ginger water” made popular by Laura Ingalls Wilder (and now made by Sara’s cousin).

You’ll also be able to get your hands on found and one-of-a-kinda vintage pieces from antique typewriters to whiskey jugs and old crates, old but usable tools, linens, and handmade items.
